In addition to the weekly class program, Kathrin also offers personal yoga upon request.

Would you like to deepen your own practice or are you completely new to it?

With personal yoga, your individual needs and wishes can be fully addressed. Kathrin designs individual yoga sessions for you to enhance your well-being. Feel free to share your individual ideas and suggestions.

Personal yoga is also a good option if you need individual support after a long illness or injury and you cannot or do not want to attend a group class. Please only after consulting your doctor.

YOGA CONDITIONING

A blend of traditional yoga and dynamic strength training.

Yoga Conditioning combines dynamic strength training or functional mobility practices with the mindful principles of yoga for increased cardiovascular fitness, physical recovery, flexibility, and body conditioning.

With high-intensity intervals or the use of movement-enhancing props, Yoga Conditioning builds endurance, increases range of motion, and improves aerobic capacity.

In addition to yoga, Kathrin also teaches fitness classes such as functional and Pilates, which can be reflected in vigorous yoga classes.

Office Yoga

Yoga during lunch breaks has long been a staple at many large corporations. Employees benefit from improved concentration and mental relaxation at work.

Do you own a company and want to do something good for yourself and your employees? Do you have space where yoga can be practiced on-site? Then Kathrin would be happy to visit you by appointment!

Kathrin offers office yoga for groups of up to 20 people. Yoga mats and equipment cannot be provided.

Price upon request, depending on frequency of appointments and travel time.
