Summer, you can come, we're ready for you! Flexible like bamboo, yet still quite strong and doesn't break easily. Just like us. Here, you don't have to be able to bend. Often, the thought comes to mind, "I'm not flexible, yoga isn't for me." No, quite the opposite, then this is just what you need. Because here we'll make ourselves supple again. :)

The summer yoga weekend in 2026, at the wonderful Sagasfeld Wellness Hotel in the Lüneburg Heath, is waiting for you and me!

After just under a 1.5-hour drive from Hamburg to the retreat location, you'll find a wonderful place, surrounded by a still relatively untouched natural environment that will help you find peace and harmonize your body and mind.
This weekend you have the opportunity to explore the concept of Dynamic Yoga & Yin Yoga with me and how we can use it to keep our body and mind healthy and alert.

What awaits you:

Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yogas, meditation, communal chanting, and pranayama, as well as delicious vegetarian/vegan food, freshly prepared every day by the Sagasgfeld family using local ingredients.
Between classes, you can enjoy nature, long walks, bike rides, or a break in the sauna and spa area. Whatever you fancy.

The meals are vegan/vegetarian, Ayurvedic, regional, seasonal, and homemade.

2 nights include:

One yoga session on Friday evening (starting at 5 p.m.) and Sunday morning (ending at 11 a.m.)

Two yoga sessions on Saturday

Breakfast

Tea & water, possibly cake ;)

Dinner

Various leisure activities such as sauna, ice baths, bike rides, walks, or a campfire

The quiet rooms at the Yoga Hotel Sagasfeld are very spacious and flooded with light and can be used as single or double rooms. Please indicate when booking whether you would like to share a room and with whom.

Please note: The price includes accommodation, meals (half board), and the daily program. Travel costs to the retreat location are not included. Please arrange your own transportation to the Wellness Hotel Sagasfeld.

7:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. Practice/Philosophy/Talk
9:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. Breakfast
12:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. Free Time (Sauna, Walks, etc.)
4:30 p.m. – 5:45 p.m. Breath & Meditation
6:00 p.m. Dinner
