Another exciting weekend awaits you! At the wonderful Sagasfeld Wellness Hotel in the Lüneburg Heath!
After just under a 1.5-hour drive from Hamburg to the retreat location, you'll find a wonderful place surrounded by still untouched nature, allowing you to find peace and harmonize body and mind.
This weekend, you have the opportunity to deepen your yoga practice with me. It's about letting our hearts guide us more than our heads. And to experience what a gift this life really is. We'll pay special attention to our heart space (chest and shoulders) and practice poses where the heart is above the head (inversions/backbends). We'll take time to explore the philosophy of yoga in more detail. It will be a weekend packed with sessions to balance, harmonize, relax, and enjoy the community or retreat.

Powerful, dynamic Vinyasa Yoga, Kriya Yoga, Yin/Restorative Yoga, breathwork, meditation, and delicious vegetarian/vegan food, freshly prepared every day by the Sagasgfeld family using regional ingredients.
Between classes, you can enjoy nature, long walks, bike rides, or a break in the sauna and spa area. Whatever you fancy.

The meals are vegan/vegetarian, Ayurvedic, regional, seasonal, and homemade.
3 nights include:
One yoga session on Friday evening (starting at 5 p.m.) and Whit Monday morning (ending at 11 a.m.)
One Vinyasa and one Yin yoga session on Saturday and Sunday, combined with pranayama and meditation

Various leisure activities such as sauna, ice baths, bike rides, walks, or a campfire
The quiet rooms at the Yoga Hotel Sagasfeld are very spacious and flooded with light and can be used as single or double rooms. Please indicate when booking whether you would like to share a room and with whom.
